If you intend to amend your policy details, you must let us know in writing before your departure date. Such amendment becomes effective after it has been confirmed and recorded by us with issuance of endorsement.

The coverage under our policies do not include any dental treatment except for injury of natural teeth arising from accident and where treatment is necessary.

Yes. However, if the Insured is hospitalized, the policy will not cover these pre-existing conditions or any complication arising from these conditions.

Claims

The Insured must advance the payment of medical expenses if they are out-patient. But if the insured are in-patient, the Insured should call our Claim department Thailand +66(0) 2342 3237.

Payment

If you encounter problems with paying via credit or debit card, please follow these initial instructions:

  • 1. Check the status of your card:

    Contact your bank or credit card/debit card provider to confirm if your card can be used for transactions. Some credit or debit cards require online payment activation with the bank or provider before use.
  • 2. Alternative payment method:

    If you have contacted your bank or credit card provider but are still unable to make a payment, you can choose to pay via QR Code Payment. On the payment page, click on the ‘THAI QR PAYMENT’ button. A QR Code image will appear, which you can scan using your bank’s application to make a payment immediately.
