Frequently Asked Questions
In this case, you will not be able to purchase Family Travel Insurance, as it does not meet the plan’s eligibility requirements. The policy specifies that at least one parent must have the same surname as the child as shown on the travel document/passport.
If there are more than four travelers, you may purchase two separate policies, provided that each group meets the eligibility requirements of the Family Travel Insurance plan. If the requirements are not met, you may purchase additional individual travel insurance policies.
