Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is reserved for customers apply for Allianz Travel Single Plan (except Samba Family and Tango Family plans) through https://allianz-assistance.co.th/travel website from 1 February – 30 April 2026 only and the policy must not be cancelled before travel.

2. Only the insured person who completes a form https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/q4hyDKsBQJ within 15 May 2026 can redeem the Starbucks card.

3. When the insured apply for travel insurance according to clause 1, the insured will receive the following rewards:

Premium THB 600 – 1,200 per person: Receive a Starbucks gift card valued at THB 100
Premium THB 1,201 – 3,000 per person: Receive a Starbucks gift card valued at THB 200
Premium THB 3,001 – 4,500 per person: Receive a Starbucks gift card valued at THB 300
Premium THB 4,501 or more per person: Receive a Starbucks gift card valued at THB 400

4. The Company’s decision is final and conclusive. If the participant is found to be fraudulent in any form, the Company may disqualify the prize without prior notice.

5. The promotion is reserved for lawful residents of the Kingdom of Thailand only.

6. In case of policy cancellation, the Company reserves the right to reclaim the promotional rewards as specified in this sales promotion.

7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Terms and conditions of Starbucks Card are as specified by Starbucks Thailand.

8. Starbucks cards and the Exclusive Gift will be mailed within 15 working days after the date the insured starts traveling according to the policy, send to the name (the recipient’s name must be the name of the insured specified in the policy) and the address specified in the registration form only. The company reserves the right to send Starbucks card in case of incorrect name or contact address.

10. The company reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of company shall be final
