Mobile and Tablet Extended Warranty
Mobile and Tablet Extended Warranty consists of the warranty that is extended from the manufacturer until the 2nd year and the 5 additional protection (property damage) such as water accidents, accidental damage, burglary in the building, damaged by fire, and lightning/brownout.
Mobile and Tablet Extended Warranty consists of 2 parts as follow:
Part I: Manufacturer’s extended warranty
Generally, manufacturers offer a 1-year warranty. When the warranty from the manufacturer expires and the device is broken, then all expenses must be the customer’s responsibility. Or if it cannot be repaired, you must throw it away and buy a new one.
If you purchase Appliance Protection Extended Warranty from Allianz Assistance, we will extend the warranty period under the same conditions as the manufacturer until the second year.
- Free! Service fee and spare part in 2nd years. No deductible cost.
- Unlimited on the number of repairsunder the coverages conditions. (If the cost of repair exceeds the coverage limits, the company will refund money to the customer. And the warranty will be terminated immediately.)
Part II: Additional Protection (Property Damage):
The coverage is 1 year from the date of purchase
- Protection against water damage such as water leaks, water accidents, drowns, and spills
- Protection against damage caused by unexpected accident
- Burglary in the building with traces of invasion.
- Damaged by fire, in which some remains have been burnt from fire to making a claim.
- Caused by lightning or brownouts that can cause a short circuit.

Note: In the case of returning or exchanging products that are under the protection of the manufacturer/shop, the company will refund the remaining premium according to the coverage date.
