Frequently asked questions about Appliance Protection Insurance

The insurance premium is charged 8% of the product price according to the receipt. The main deduction of normal discounts that are not caused by contracting with mobile signal camps, for example,
a) Product valued at 15,000 baht, insurance premium charged at 15,000 x 8% = 1,200 baht.
b) Products valued at 15,000 baht are discounted from using credit card points / online store coupons 2,000 baht, buying 13,000 baht for the actual price, 13,000 baht for insurance premium x 8% = 1,040 baht.
c) Products valued at 15,000 baht with a 12-month mobile signal camp contract, receive a discount of 5,000 baht, actually buy 10,000 baht, the insurance premium is 15,000 x 8% = 1,200 baht.

a) Category 1 products: Home appliances, Notebook, Cameras, lens, and other appliances will receive a renewal from the manufacturer. And cover 5 additional accidents (falling, water, breakage, fire, theft, lightning / short circuit) up to the 3rd year.
b) Category 2 products: Mobile phones and Tablets will be renewed from the manufacturer Up to the 2nd year and coverage for 5 additional accidents (fall, water, breakage, fire, theft, lightning / short circuit) in the 1st year.

1.Product price
a) In the case of having insurance for home appliances, notebooks, cameras, etc. must be priced from 3,000 – 400,000 baht.
b) In the case of getting insurance for mobile phones and tablets, must be priced from 5,000 – 400,000 baht.
2. Application period after purchasing products from our partner/shop within 30 days.
3. The product must have a warranty from the manufacturer for not less than 12 months.
4. The customer must keep the receipt of the purchase. Or scan sent with the online application as evidence of damage claims.
5. The purchased product must be in good condition.
6. Appliance insurance and will not include all types of accessories.
7. Use for commercial purposes is not covered. Or other purposes apart from personal use and the appliances must be used in Thailand only.

You can contact the Claims Department at +66 (0) 2 342 3250 (24/7 Services) to bring the product to the delivery point for repair according to the brand.

Products that can be insured Must not be older than 30 days as per receipt.

Products that can be insured It must be a first-hand product that is not older than 30 days according to the receipt.
