Allianz Global Assistance partners with automaker Qoros for top assistance service to all Chinese Qoros Owners, in any and every situation

Allianz Global Assistance partners with automaker Qoros for top assistance service to all Chinese Qoros Owners, in any and every situation.

These services are already included in the warranty that comes with the Qoros 3, which was recently launched on the Chinese market. All subsequent Qoros models will benefit from 24/7 roadside assistance provided by Allianz Global Assistance China.

The Qoros 3, presented at the last Automotive Trade Show in Guangzhou, was immediately available on the Chinese market and unanimously recognised for the quality of its manufacturing, design, comfort and manoeuvrability.

Its security and connectivity systems have now been completed with assistance services ensured by Allianz Global Assistance. These services include towing and removal, battery recharging, replacement of a flat or damaged tyre, petrol in case of sudden engine failure, onsite repair, and provision of a rental vehicle if necessary.

Telematics services facilitate vehicle assistance

The Telematics system, implemented by Allianz Global Assistance, makes it possible to geotag a vehicle, handle the customer’s call and provide required assistance services as quickly as possible anywhere in China, anytime of day or night. In case of an emergency following an accident, Telematics enables an automatically generated call to the Allianz Global Assistance telephone assistance platform, which will take immediate measures to help the driver establish contact with emergency services.

« For us, this new partnership is a unique opportunity to support the new star of Chinese automakers. Qoros drivers not only dispose of a vehicle that is at the forefront of modern design and technology, but they also benefit from first rate assistance services that cover any and every situation, » declares Christophe Aniel, CEO of Allianz Global Assistance China and Regional Director of Northern Asia.

For the past ten years, Allianz Global Assistance has grown its activity in China, partnering with the largest automobile manufacturers, insurance companies, banks, and car rental and vehicle float companies and offering roadside assistance services throughout the entire region. Allianz Global Assistance has invested heavily in this market in order to cover more than 1,130 Chinese cities and enable roadside interventions in less than 44 minutes (on average); and this thanks to two telephone assistance platforms – one in Peking and the other in Chengdu.
