A large part of our business involves helping people with problems, assisting them with their enquiries and providing them with information. These three activities form the backbone of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

 

We currently assist a number of business partners in handling various types of customer activities. This includes partners in car manufacturing, consumer goods, car rental, tyre manufacturing, gas conversion, healthcare, etc.

 

Although our partners’ businesses are varied they often require similar types of support and services. Complaint management, customer surveys, general enquiries, campaign management, product information are common examples of this.

 

We have developed a flexible CRM software application, which we call CReaM, enables us to handle & report on the broad range of tasks that fall under the CRM scope.

 

We offer 24 hour services, so can assist you around the clock, or after office hours if you only need support outside of normal opening hours.
